Brown Rice is BY FAR my favorite carb BUT, it has to be cooked just right. If you have a system, which i do, it's easy. Perfect rice EVERY TIME.
When cutting or bulking, all you need are a few foundational recipes that you can alter and create endless combinations. This is one of those recipes! Egg whites are PURE perfect protein and brown rice is a perfect carb. Once you add the herbs, spices and vegetables, you have a delicious meal that meets your macro needs. The “Bodybuilder Rice” is the short cut easy way and the "Breakfast Power Bites" are the portable way. Either way, it’s a win win.
Cooking sucks, but you can learn to enjoy it. Here's the thing, if you have some basic good tools it make the process way more enjoyable. Not to mention that everyone knows abs are made in the kitchen!
Almost everyone loves pancakes BUT, most pancakes are garbage and are what I call a "fat pill". The Macros suck! These pancakes however are delicious AND have killer macros! It took me two years to perfect them.
Here's the recipe:
1 C egg whites
1 scp vanilla protein powder
2 Tbs Kodiak Cakes mix (protein packed)
Dash of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
