Establishing A baseline -measuring progress

Whenever starting a program it's essential to establish a baseline of measurements. The more tools you use the better you'll be able to determine whether the program you're using is providing the results you're after or not. These are the methods I recommend and go over in this video: Mirror, body weight scale, skin calipers, soft measuring tape and Inbody machine. Below are some useful links
