As a 18 year Firefighter I have enjoyed serving my community in many emergency situations but what really makes me happy is helping people avoid crises. Using high energy, passion and a love for personal development, nutrition and fitness I'm changing people’s minds, because I know it’s the mind that ultimately creates the body. In an emergency situation many times it’s too late for change and It affects me deeply to see so many people needlessly suffer or die. In the gym or everyday life it’s never too late to help someone change their life around. It gives me great joy helping people revolutionize their lives, this is why I have to get this information to as many people as possible. I started personally training people at Lifelong Fitness in Kaysville with Griff Neilson and a whole list of amazing people but it wasn't for me. The problem was that there was nothing to hold my clients accountable for the other 23 hours of their life they weren't with me. Year after year i watched in frustration as people would lose and regain the same weight over and over in a nightmarish cycle. We thought corporate wellness(L3com & Ameritech college) was the answer!! This way we could reach a lot more people in a seminar based program. After years of creating online programs and speaking to countless groups of people I had a HUGE realization, I can't make people change. Out of this benchmark epiphany WARRIOR5 was born.
